Main Street Revitalization
Creates, coordinates and implements programs and projects that focus on the revitalization of Main Streets and the creation and growth of Main Street businesses.
Membership
Creates and implements activities to recruit and retain corporate memberships. The Committee also reports the status of the membership to the Board.
Communications & Marketing
Creates and distributes press releases and printed materials, researches and participates in social media outlets and helps maintain the ILCDC website.
Nominating
Creates and submits a list of nominees to be elected to the board of directors. Elections are held during the annual corporation meeting
Finance
Oversees corporate financial activities and keeps track of all assets and liabilities. The committee prepares the annual budget and makes recommendations to the board. A monthly corporate financial report is created and submitted with executive committee reports.
